Light rail along Exposition Boulevard, on the route the Pacific Electric ran until the 1950s. Trains every 8 to 10 minutes, west to Santa Monica, east to downtown and on to East Los Angeles. Stations at La Brea, Farmdale, Crenshaw, Western and Vermont, with Expo/Crenshaw in Jefferson Park where you change for the K Line.
Jim Weber Realty has managed buildings in these blocks since 1991, as Legacy Asset Management since 2007. Before you sign, ask which station you can walk to, where parking gets difficult, and what the building is like in August.
Where this comes from. The core of Adams Boulevard is the business district's own published directory. Everything outside it, including all of Washington and Jefferson and the stretches of Adams beyond Hauser and La Brea, is verified address by address. The corridor runs wider than the district does.
